Our Podiatrists


Dr. Svetlana Zats is Board Eligible in Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABPS) and has recently completed a 3-year surgical residency of the foot and ankle at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She has also completed a Foot and Ankle Surgical Fellowship in Germany and is also an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Zats enjoys volleyball, horseback riding, and international culture.


Dr. Elizabeth Kurtz is double board certified in both podiatric medicine and surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery (ABPS) and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). Her first year of residency was completed at Hines VA/ Loyola University. Followed by Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for her second and third years. In her third year, she was Chief Resident. Dr. Kurtz is an avid runner having completed eight marathons and several half marathons. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but her hobby reflects her special interest in treating runners and their injuries.

Dr. George Tsatsos is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABMSP), Foot and Ankle Orthopedics (ABPOPPM) and Podiatric Surgery (AAPM).  He is a life member and fitness advisor for the American Running and Fitness Association as well as a member of Midwest Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery and the American College of Sports Medicine. He is an avid skier, scuba-diver, and martial arts.



  

Dr. Kevin Massard graduated from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1999.  He completed his residency program in the orthopedic surgery dept. of Chicago's busiest level one trauma center, Cook County Hospital.
 
He was responsible for training medical students rotating through the hospital as well as in-house patients.  Dr. Massard enjoys the outdoors.  He is an avid fisherman, and participates in many fishing tournaments all over the United States.
